ベルリーナプチレストア日記です。

前回ドアを取りはずし塗装に向けてフロアパネルを

更に磨きシリコンオフで油分を取りました。

錆が酷い所や腐食で穴が開いたパネル部分は切断して

新し鉄板を溶接して取り付けて行くのでとりあえず

今は触らずマジックでマークしておいて錆止めをぬりました。

Panel parts where holes are opened due to rust or corrosion are cut off

I will weld new steel plate and install it for now

I marked it with magic without touching now and applied a rust inhibitor.

次は運転席側をやって行きます。

ペダルや配線があるし危険なガソリンホースもあるし

少し狭いので慎重に進めていきたいと思います。

今日は天気が良く外で作業中！

納車前の仕上げでヘッドライトを磨きとコーティングしています。

下の写真は磨き前の写真です。

かなり黄ばんでいます。

これでは、夜ライトを点けても暗くなってしまいます。

I am pretty yellowed.

With this, even if you turn on the night light it will get dark.

耐水ペーパーで６００番から２０００番まで

順番にペーパ掛けしていきます。簡単ですね。

From water resistant paper 600 to 2000

I will paper in order. It’s simple.

最後はポリッシャーで磨きの液剤で更に小傷を消していきます。

Finally, polish with polishing liquid to further erase small scratches.

最後はガラスコーティング剤を塗ってふき取り終了です。

磨きだけだとすぐに黄ばんで来るので

必ずガラスコーテイングを塗っておきましょう。

気合のある方は最後まで手磨きで頑張って見て下さい。

ヘッドライトの状態にもよりますが、

これでも以外に大変で時間がかかりました。

お久しぶりです

ベルリーナのブログ更新は久しぶりになります。

仕事の間に作業を進めているますが、急ぎで仕上げて行きます。

それでも、徐々に作業が進んでいますので豆に更新したいと思います。

フロントドアをこのように外しました。

これで作業がやりやすくなりますね。

フロントドアを外す時はドアヒンジのネジが

ダッシュボードの横に隠れています。

When removing the front door the screw of the door hinge

It is hidden beside the dashboard.

左右ともダッシュボード横のネジを緩めると

ダッシュボードを上に少しで良いのでずらします。

そして写真のように内張を剥がすとヒンジのネジが見えてきます。

以外に狭いのでダッシュボードをすべて外したいのですが、

希少な部品を破壊すると高額な部品代がかかるので

パーツを外すのはここまでにしときます。

I want to remove all the dashboards because it’s narrow,

最初からドアを外しておくと作業性が上がるので

少し手間ですがお勧めします。

後はフロアパネルの錆を更に綺麗に落として行きたいと思います。

ドアとヒンジをは外す時は重量もあるし大変です。

２名で作業する事をお勧めします。

It is a little laborious but I recommend.

I think that I would like to drop the floor panel rust more beautifully afterwards.

普段、U,CARSのカース

タレンタカー大手町店のレンタカーとして

登録してあるシトロエンＣ３が、釘を踏んでしまって

タイヤがパンクしました。

釘の刺さり具合を見て浅く刺さっているように見えたので釘を

抜いたら空気が勢いよく漏れ出してしまいました。

出先だったのでスペアタイヤに急遽交換して対応しました。

釘が刺さって居ても抜かなければ、一気に空気が漏れることはないので

パンク修理するまでは、決して抜かないようにしてください。

最近の車はスペアタイヤが無い車が多いですが、

シトロエンＣ３はスペアタイヤはトランク内車載工具と一緒にあります。

洗剤などで泡をかけるとエアー漏れが確認できます。

中々、穴が開きずらいので

お勧めはししませんがドリルを使いました。

パンク修理材を押し込んで空気漏れと空気圧を確認して終了です。

タイヤを外して中から修理する方法もますが、

刺さって居た釘も抜いたしチューブレスタイヤ

なので工賃や手間を考えれたらこれで十分です。

以前、当店でご購入頂いたアルファロメオ１４７の車検です。

走行距離は多いですがタイミングベルト交換やクラッチ交換は以前済ませているので今回はサービスサポートの実施と追加でスパークプラグ、サーモスタット交換をご依頼頂きました。

 

 

 

 

 

スパークプラグは１気筒に２本づつです、２箇所サビが酷かったです、交換で正解ですね。

 

 

 

 

 

水温計のあがりが中途半端で冬場ヒーターの効きが弱いとの事でサーモスタット交換です。

 

 

 

 

 

ワコーズパワークーラント使用、水温計もキチっとあがりヒーターも効くようになりました、エア抜きして漏れ確認で完了です。

車検も難なく通して返車です、ありがとうございました。
