そして、乾かない状態が続くと当然ですが、錆びやすくなります。
洗車をする場合はモールを外すして洗うと良いのですが、以外に大変です。

れ、ドアのガラスの間の水切りモールの間、ドアの下の水が抜ける穴を掃除す
るなど細かなところを歯ブラシやエアーやスチームで
洗うと水や泥など溜まらないので錆びにくくなります。
新しい国産車でも寒冷地では凍結防止剤などでフェンダー裏や爪の部分、ラジ
エターやエンジンルーム、下回りなど汚れやすく泥が溜まりやすい場所から錆
びやすいのでこの辺りを考えて洗車して見て下さい。
外側だけ洗ってもあまり実は意味がない事に気付きます。
洗車後はふき取りした車を走らせるとモールなどドアにたまった水切りも出来
るので十分乾きます。
少しでも長く車を維持するのは実は洗車でした！

アルファロメオ ベルリーナの件ですが、
最近、多忙でご無沙汰でした。
連休中に時間が出来たので作業を進めて行きました。
状態確認後何枚か写真をアップしましたのでご覧ください！

先ずはグリルをはずしました。
ネジが錆びているので慎重に取り外しました！
ヘッドライトの外側左右が錆が中まで腐食しいているので交換します。
部品は現存していますのでとりあえずこのままです。
内装、外装とも錆が浮いてきているところがあるので確認して見ました。

中々のサビっぷりです。
国産、輸入車とわずさすがに40年前の車です。
鉄は必ずサビるものです。
しかし、これぐらいは許容範囲内です。
これぐらいの年式では実際は原形が分らなくなるぐらい
もっとひどい状態が多い年式です。
状態はかなり良いと思いますので、何とかなりそうです。
次回は塗装が浮いたパネルを削って鉄板がどのように
なっているかを確認していきます。
何でサビるのか、どうしたらサビにくいのかなど
簡単ではありますが、ご説明したいと思います。
車検で入庫のアルファロメオミトですが、ハイマウントストップランプが切れていました。
部品代を調べるとわりと高いのでお客様と相談のうえ現物修理する事に。
ネットでLEDバルブを探して購入しハンダ付け修理しました。
LEDバルブはロット販売だったのでバルブがたくさん余ってます、バルブ切れでお困りの方は声かけてください（笑）
最近依頼の多いライトコーティング
くすんだライトが綺麗になると車全体が綺麗に見えます！
希少車の1971年式アルファロメオ1750ベルリーナをプチレストア中！
エンジンは一発始動で調子よく外装やフレームも一部ヘタレも
ありますが、許容範囲内です。
シートの張替えやフロアマット、パネル、外装を修理していきます。
先ずは現状を確認する為、フロアカーペットや座席などすべて
取り外していきます。
トランクのパネルもはずしました。
前後部品をはずしたら錆の確認と防錆処理をするため
たがねとハンマーで地道にアンダーコートはがしをしていきます。
まだまだ気温は低いのでパリパリとはがしやすいです。
これが夏で気温が高いとガムみたいにネチャネチャで
アンダーコートをはがすのが困難になります。
ここまで約3日ほどかかりましたが、やれば何とかなるものです。
穴が開いてますが丸く穴が開いているところは水の抜け穴ですが、
細かく錆で穴が開いている箇所が何点かあります。
とりあえずは今はサンダーやベルトサンダーをかけて
錆やプラフサなど余分な塗料を
すべて剥ぎ取る事に集中しピカピカにします。
この作業時は鉄粉やほこりがすごいので防塵マスクは必須です。
後は作業時は削り貸すなど飛んで来るので保護メガネも必ず忘れずに！
こんな感じです。

しかし、ここまででも大変な作業です。
この車の部品はすべて絶版です。
絶版車でも海外から再販部品やＯＥＭで部品が
まだ存在しています。（仕入れるのにチョット大変）
アメリカや欧州など古い物を治して大事にし
より価値を上げて行く！これは欧米や欧州の文化でしょうね。
素晴らしいと思います。
（１９３０年代あたりの車も未だに現存し動いていますよね。）
古いものを捨ててきた日本車の方が逆に
大変かもしれないですね。
オイル交換でご来店頂きましたアルファ１４７です、こちらのお客様は当店で購入して頂いた車ではないのですが、
以前、輸入車のメンテナンスができる店をネットで調べて来てもらって以降のお付き合いです。
なめかかったドレンボルトも同時交換です、ありがとうございました。

ラージエター冷却水の漏れが酷くて緊急入庫となりましたアルファブレラです。
漏れの原因はヒーターホースの連結パイプの破損でした、ポッキリいってました。
水を補給しながら乗っていたみたいですが、補給が追い付かないほど漏れ出したので急ぎで入庫されました、状況を見る限り良い判断だったと思います。
残念なことに部品はメーカー欠品の為、本国オーダーとなり納期に時間が掛かるのでしばらく車は預かりとなります、気長にお待ちくださいませ。
