今日はどうしようか悩みましたが、サイドステップの所を磨きました。
腐食部分を取り除いていきます。

今日はベルリーナのフロアパネルを念のため錆止めを２度塗りしました。

今日は天気が良いので作業を再開しています。

運転席側は足もとにペダルがあるので
少し作業がやりにくいですが、
そこ粘り強くがんばりましょう。
そして、何とか錆も取り除き綺麗になってきました。
助手席同様にこのまま鉄板が剥き出しだと新たに錆が発生してしまうので
作業が終了したらすぐにシリコンオフで脱脂して錆止めを塗りました。
次はマスキングしてプラフサ塗装していきます。

新し鉄板を溶接して取り付けて行くのでとりあえず
今は触らずマジックでマークしておいて錆止めをぬりました。

次は運転席側をやって行きます。
ペダルや配線があるし危険なガソリンホースもあるし

ベルリーナのブログ更新は久しぶりになります。
仕事の間に作業を進めているますが、急ぎで仕上げて行きます。
それでも、徐々に作業が進んでいますので豆に更新したいと思います。

フロントドアをこのように外しました。
これで作業がやりやすくなりますね。

フロントドアを外す時はドアヒンジのネジが
ダッシュボードの横に隠れています。

左右ともダッシュボード横のネジを緩めると
ダッシュボードを上に少しで良いのでずらします。
そして写真のように内張を剥がすとヒンジのネジが見えてきます。
以外に狭いのでダッシュボードをすべて外したいのですが、
希少な部品を破壊すると高額な部品代がかかるので
パーツを外すのはここまでにしときます。

最初からドアを外しておくと作業性が上がるので
少し手間ですがお勧めします。
後はフロアパネルの錆を更に綺麗に落として行きたいと思います。
ドアとヒンジをは外す時は重量もあるし大変です。
２名で作業する事をお勧めします。

以前、当店でご購入頂いたアルファロメオ１４７の車検です。
走行距離は多いですがタイミングベルト交換やクラッチ交換は以前済ませているので今回はサービスサポートの実施と追加でスパークプラグ、サーモスタット交換をご依頼頂きました。
スパークプラグは１気筒に２本づつです、２箇所サビが酷かったです、交換で正解ですね。
水温計のあがりが中途半端で冬場ヒーターの効きが弱いとの事でサーモスタット交換です。
ワコーズパワークーラント使用、水温計もキチっとあがりヒーターも効くようになりました、エア抜きして漏れ確認で完了です。
車検も難なく通して返車です、ありがとうございました。

るなど細かなところを歯ブラシやエアーやスチームで
洗うと水や泥など溜まらないので錆びにくくなります。
新しい国産車でも寒冷地では凍結防止剤などでフェンダー裏や爪の部分、ラジ
エターやエンジンルーム、下回りなど汚れやすく泥が溜まりやすい場所から錆
びやすいのでこの辺りを考えて洗車して見て下さい。
外側だけ洗ってもあまり実は意味がない事に気付きます。
洗車後はふき取りした車を走らせるとモールなどドアにたまった水切りも出来
るので十分乾きます。
少しでも長く車を維持するのは実は洗車でした！
