今日は天気が良いので作業を再開しています。
Recently, updating blog of Petit Restore Diary is neglected.
I am resuming work today because the weather is good.
運転席側は足もとにペダルがあるので
少し作業がやりにくいですが、
そこ粘り強くがんばりましょう。
そして、何とか錆も取り除き綺麗になってきました。
助手席同様にこのまま鉄板が剥き出しだと新たに錆が発生してしまうので
作業が終了したらすぐにシリコンオフで脱脂して錆止めを塗りました。
次はマスキングしてプラフサ塗装していきます。

納車整備中のＦＩＡＴプントアバルト、ショックアブソーバーがスカスカなので交換します。
リヤはボルト脱着のみなので楽々です。
フロントもスタビやタイロッドエンドの脱着なしで行けるので比較的ラクですね。
前後共にビルシュタインのOEMアブソーバーに交換しました、元付いていたものは片手で押し込めるほどスカスカでした、試運転でもフワフワ感なく良好です。
納車までしばらくお待ちくださいませ。
本日は車検ついでにクリーニング屋さんから
依頼があった件で工場を見させていただきました。
商業車のバン車にクリーニング屋さん用の専用ハンガーラックを
作ってほしいとの事で何が不便でどういったものが必要で
どうしたら良いのか一度現場で確認させていただきました。
上記の写真はクリーニング屋さん専用のハンガーです。
大量の服を一度に運ぶのでハンガーの形状に合わせた
特殊な形のハンガーラックです。
これらのハンガーラックをバン車の天井に設置してほしいとの事です。
ラック自体はお客さんの要望どうりに作れると考えています。
問題は１００㌔ぐらいの服を掛けて車で移動するので
強度と取付位置だけです。
先ずは自社の自衛隊色のボンゴバンにサンプルを
作り取付して見たいと思います。
このように業種で特殊なものもあるので
ご要望があれば是非お気軽に御相談ください。
大体はやれば何とかなるものです。

前回ドアを取りはずし塗装に向けてフロアパネルを
更に磨きシリコンオフで油分を取りました。

新し鉄板を溶接して取り付けて行くのでとりあえず
今は触らずマジックでマークしておいて錆止めをぬりました。

次は運転席側をやって行きます。
ペダルや配線があるし危険なガソリンホースもあるし

お久しぶりです
ベルリーナのブログ更新は久しぶりになります。
仕事の間に作業を進めているますが、急ぎで仕上げて行きます。
それでも、徐々に作業が進んでいますので豆に更新したいと思います。

フロントドアをこのように外しました。
これで作業がやりやすくなりますね。

フロントドアを外す時はドアヒンジのネジが
ダッシュボードの横に隠れています。

左右ともダッシュボード横のネジを緩めると
ダッシュボードを上に少しで良いのでずらします。
そして写真のように内張を剥がすとヒンジのネジが見えてきます。
以外に狭いのでダッシュボードをすべて外したいのですが、
希少な部品を破壊すると高額な部品代がかかるので
パーツを外すのはここまでにしときます。

最初からドアを外しておくと作業性が上がるので
少し手間ですがお勧めします。
後はフロアパネルの錆を更に綺麗に落として行きたいと思います。
ドアとヒンジをは外す時は重量もあるし大変です。
２名で作業する事をお勧めします。

普段、U,CARSのカース
タレンタカー大手町店のレンタカーとして
登録してあるシトロエンＣ３が、釘を踏んでしまって
タイヤがパンクしました。
釘の刺さり具合を見て浅く刺さっているように見えたので釘を
抜いたら空気が勢いよく漏れ出してしまいました。
出先だったのでスペアタイヤに急遽交換して対応しました。
釘が刺さって居ても抜かなければ、一気に空気が漏れることはないので
パンク修理するまでは、決して抜かないようにしてください。

新しい国産車でも寒冷地では凍結防止剤などでフェンダー裏や爪の部分、ラジ
エターやエンジンルーム、下回りなど汚れやすく泥が溜まりやすい場所から錆
びやすいのでこの辺りを考えて洗車して見て下さい。
外側だけ洗ってもあまり実は意味がない事に気付きます。
洗車後はふき取りした車を走らせるとモールなどドアにたまった水切りも出来
るので十分乾きます。
少しでも長く車を維持するのは実は洗車でした！
